摘要 分析了高校学报编辑职业倦怠的表现形式和产生职业倦怠的主要原因;提出了应对高校学报编辑职业倦怠的人本管理策略。 This paper illustrates the profession fatigue of editors in higher institutions and puts forward solutions of human administration.
