从城市化质量认识省域经济发展差距

依据中国120个样本城市的相关数据,用统计分析方法,建立了一组省域城市化质量水平指标的测度模型,并以中国东、中、西部各两个具有代表性的省份为例,分别用模型测度了它们的城市化质量水平,然后结合中国东、中、西部经济发展质量主要指标的差异认为,省域经济的持续繁荣和协调发展取决于区域城市化的内在质量,要提高中西部省域经济发展速度和质量,应该重点培育次级高能量城市,增强省域城市体系对生产要素的吸引力和城市网络张力。

With the relevant data of 120 sample cities, the statistical analysis methodology is employed in this paper, to establish a group measuring models of the quality level of the province-wide urbanization, and the quality level of urbanization of two representative provinces as examples from the eastern, central, and western China respectively is measured with the model. Combining province-wide urbanization quality level with the main difference of the economic development quality of the eastern, central, and western China, it is pointed that province-wide economic sustained prosperity and coordination development depend on the inner quality of regional urbanization. To improve the speed and the quality of economic development of central and western provinces, high-energy sub-city urban system should be focused on to cultivate province-widely, aiming to enhance its attractiveness to elements and urban network＇ s tension.
