中国工程硕士培养模式实证研究

An empirical Research on Training Models of Master of Engineering

通过对中国部分工程硕士培养单位和企业的调研,对校企合作培养、教学基地培养、工作站培养以及校内集中培养等主要培养模式进行了实证研究,分析了各种培养模式具有的特点和优势,对存在的不足及对策进行了探讨,提出高校工程硕士的培养应因地制宜,选择适合自身办学特色的培养模式,这是保证培养质量的关键。

This paper, based on the investigation of some training units of ME（ master of engineering） and corresponding enterprises in our country, studies the four main training models about co-cultivation between universities and enterprises, training in the teaching -base, training in the workstation and concentrated cultivation in colleges, and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of these models. It also discusses the disadvantages and countermeasures. It concludes that ing model for its own characteristic adjusting measures according to local conditions and choosing the suitable trainis the key to quality assurance for ME cultivation.
