In order to realize the goals put forthward in the Program for the National Science Popularity, it is quite necessary and urgent to popularize science dissemination nation wide. This paper expounds the fundamental content and the basic approaches to disseminat science and technology in our country in the light of the requirements of enhancing national science popularity.
