关于加快我国陆上天然气工业发展的几点思考

Considerations of Accelerating the Development of China's Onshore Gas Industry

天然气的高效洁净特性使天然气在世界能源结构中的比重不断上升,而我国的天然气生产一直徘徊在一个很低的水平,远不能满足我国国民经济高速发展对天然气的需求。加快我国陆上天然气工业的发展,首先需要加大对天然气勘探开发和科技的投入;其次应以天然气价格市场化作为突破口,让天然气价格适应供求关系的变化;同时,应强化天然气销售工作,建立上下游一体化的管理机构,培育天然气化工这一新的经济增长点。

Natural gas is taking a rising position in the world energy structure owing to its efficiency and clean quality. However, China's gas production has lingered at a low level, which is insufficient to meet the demand from China's ever-developing national economy. To accelerate the development of China's gas industry requires: firstly, to input a lot more in gas R&D and in science & technology; secondly, to adapt gas prices to the market as gas prices are being marketed; finally, to pay more effort to gas distribution, to establish an integrated management organization, and to cultivate the new economic development point- natural gas chemical industry.
