摘要
用不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液处理光辉、中卷籼两个水稻品种。观察到:(1)0.1 1.0ppm Na_2SeO_3可以促进水稻的生长。1.0ppm Na_2SeO_3还可明显提高水稻苗期的根系活力和分蘖期、孕穗期的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,可以使水稻籽粒中氮含量,硒含量明显高于对照。籽粒的空秕率大大降低。(2)10.0ppm Na_2SeO_3却明显抑制水稻苗期生长和分蘖期GSH-Px活性,但对水稻孕穗期该酶的活性却有促进作用。并使水稻籽粒中的氮和硒含量高于对照,籽粒的空秕率也明显高于对照,千粒重却明显低于对照。
In this paper, the effects of different selenite Sodium Concentrations on growth, Some physiological activities and the charcter of grain in rice were observed, The main results are as follow:
1. 0.1ppm, 1.0ppm Selenite sodium (Na2SeO3) can promote the growth of rice. 1.0ppm Na2SeO3 can obviously enhonce root activity in seeding stage. In tiller and booting stage, it obviously enhonced the activity of glutathinl pero-xidase. It also enhomced Nitragen and Selenium contents of grain The hollow kerneil rate was lower than that of check plants.
2. 10.0ppm Na2SeO3 obviously inhibted the growth of rice in seedling stage and decreased the activity of GSH-Px in tillesing stage. But it stimulated root activity in compensation in seeding stage. Nitrogen and Selenium contents of grain has greatly exceeded that of check plants and any other treatments. The hollow kernel rate was higher than that of check plant. The grain weight was lower than that of check plants.
