煤层气产出量的影响因素

Factors Affecting Coalbed Methane Production

影响煤层气产出量的因素很多,本文在论述煤层的渗透率对煤层气的产出影响不大的同时,指出了影响煤层气产出量的两个重要因素:人为因素—井径,它是一个非常重要的参量;自然因素—煤层气的含气量以及煤层气的压力吸附特性是另一个非常重要的参量。对于前者,我们可以运用井底造穴和压裂等方法来增大井眼的等效半径,改善产层压力曲线,使产气控制区域增大。对于后者,我们应该重视客观,普及对煤层气的解析及压力吸附测试技术,加强对煤层数据的采集、分析、研究,以便更好的指导我们对煤层气的勘探开发工作。

There are many factors that can affect the volume of CBM output. Focusing on the statement that permeability can bring about little effects to CBM output, the paper has set forth two major factors affecting CBM output, i） factor created by man, which is well diameter, a very important reference, ii） the natural factor, including gas content of CBM and pressure/absorbing features of CBM, another very important reference. For the first factor, we can employ methods of cavitation and fracturing to increase the equivalent radius of the borehole in order to improve pressure radius of the seam producing gas and enlarge the controlling area of gas production. For the second factor, we should not only pay attention to it objectively, but also promote technologies for desorbing CBM and pressure/absorption test. In the meanwhile, collection, analysis and study on CBM data should be strengthened as well in order to better instruct our work on CBM exploration and development.
