1）制订并实施汽车燃料消耗标准和公示制度
（1）自2001年起先后制定发布了国家标准《轻型汽车燃料消耗量实验方法》《乘用车燃料消耗量限值》。近日，《轻型商用车辆燃料消耗量限值》标准也已发布。
Mr. Li Wanli, chief of Policy and Regulation Department of NRDC made a speech at IFCVT 2007.In his speech,Mr. Li discussed from two aspects about policies and regulations, as well as technical strategies in efforts of promoting energy-saving and emission-reducing in automotive industry.
