Keeping Focus on New Energy Development and Pushingforward with R&D of"Alcohol Fermentation" Vehicles

国家牵头对车用醇醚进行论证 20世纪80年代以来,车用替代燃料发展很快,有多元化的发展趋势,甲醇、乙醇、二甲醚、生物柴油和煤制油不断亮相,争当主角,引起政府有关部门的重视,也惊动了中央领导同志，展开了一场广泛、深入的科学论证。

Since earlier 1980’s, replacements for automobile fuel have been developing quickly, which had given rise to concern from government departments and the industry as well. The speech analyzes the feasibility of alcoholic fermentation in a vehicle, including the current status of R＆D of alcohol fermentation as well as two schools of thought on further develop-ment of the R＆D.
