摘要
汽车悬架对汽车的操纵稳定性、乘坐舒适性都有较大的影响,因而悬架结构在不断改进,其性能及控制技术也在迅速提高。沃尔沃(VOLVO)B10M、B12M等豪华客车在国内有一定保有量,所装备的knorr电子控制悬架(ECS,Electronically-Controlled Suspension),可以根据车辆负载的变化而随机调控车辆底盘高度,比以往的气信号控制更为迅速、准确,同时可操作仪表板上的控制开关,直接控制底盘的升降。
This article introduces a successful measure to diagnose and eliminate the complicated issues of electronic-control suspension. This was completed by using the elimination method based on an analysis of the operating principle of Volvo B10M electronic-control suspension.
