摘要 系统论述了国内、外挠性橡胶软管和球形管在理论研究、设计要求和检验评估方面的技术现状和研究进展。分析结果表明,国外舰用挠性接管设计只对可靠性和位移补偿性能有要求,而对隔振性能没有具体指标,但为指导系统设计,应开展挠性接管的减振降噪机理研究。国内研制的肘形挠性接管和平衡式挠性接管在可靠性和位移补偿性能方面与国外水平相当,但在降噪机理方面还有待于进一步研究,检验方法和指标方面还有待于进一步完善。 The technological status and development of flexible rubber pipes and bellows about the theoretical studies, designing requirements and tests are introduced in this paper. The analytical results indicate that the reliability and deflection compensation are necessary for the design of flexible rubber pipes and bellows used in ship and submarine abroad, and the vibration isolation performance is not its technical requirement. However, as the guidance of pipeline system design, the study on its mechanism of vibration isolation is necessary. Although the flexible rubber pipe-elbows and equilibrium flexible rubber pipes developed in our country are comparative to the abroad corresponding products on reliability and deflection compensation, its mechanism of vibration isolation should be studied in depth and the test methods and specifications should be greatly improved.
