摘要
针对某船用汽轮发电机组出现的振动异常情况,通过机组振动测试分析,确定机组振动异常由轴承油膜涡动引起。结合船用汽轮发电机组的特点,分析汽轮机轴承油膜涡动产生机理。查明机组弹性安装与船体变形引起机组轴系对中偏离,激发汽轮机轴承油膜涡动。通过恢复对中和将轴承改进为椭圆瓦等措施,消除汽轮机油膜涡动,使机组恢复了正常工作。
According to the theory for bearing instability, the vibration spectrum of the turbine generator on ship is analyzed. The result shows that oil-film whirl of sliding bearing with the turbine generator is easily influenced by the boundary conditions. Some measures are taken to control the vibration successfully according to the analysis results.
