摘要
采用有限元与边界元联合求解的方法进行了柴油机油底壳辐射声场的仿真研究,利用ANSYS软件进行了油底壳的谐响应分析为SYSNO ISE软件的边界元法声场模拟提供边界条件,计算结果与实验结果的高度一致表明该方法是完全可行的,并且可以为低噪声设计提供指导。
In this paper, the combination of FEM and BEM can adequately bring into play their advantages in the numerical simulation of diesel engine oil pan. The harmonic response analysis of the oil pan was done by ANSYS, the results of dynamic analysis were used as boundary condition, then the sound field was analyzed by SYSNOISE. Comparing the results of experiment and calculation shows that both of them have the same trend, so the simulation can be verified. A good base can be provided for the low noise structure design.
