MSCs/HA及TGF-β_1复合移植修复退变椎间盘的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 按照Lindblom折尾加压法制作大鼠尾椎椎间盘退变模型60只,随机分为A、B、C、D四组各15只,均用水合氯醛进行麻醉,尾髓内分别注入骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)/透明质酸(HA)、HA/转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、MSCs/HA和HA/TGF-β1复合物,观察各组椎间盘组织形态学及免疫组织化学染色情况。结果移植修复术后C组髓核区细胞密度、PG和Ⅱ型胶原含量均显著高于其他三组,P<0.01或0.05;BrdU染色阳性细胞数随时间推移而减少。认为MSCs/HA及TGF-β1复合移植修复退变椎间盘近期效果确切。
