摘要
目的:制备松萝酸脂质体,并对其质量进行初步评价。方法:采用机械分散挤压法制备松萝酸脂质体。采用Sephadex G-25微型凝胶柱分离脂质体和游离药物,HPLC法测定脂质体中松萝酸的含量,测定松萝酸脂质体的包封率。结果:用蛋黄卵磷脂-胆固醇(70:30)为辅料制成了松萝酸脂质体,粒径为(130±20)nm,包封率达90%以上,稳定性好。结论:采用该方法可以制备质量稳定的脂质体,建立的包封率测定方法稳定可靠。
Aim:To prepare and characteristize usnic acid liposomes such as encapsulation efficiency. Methods: The mechanical dispersion-extrusion method was used to prepare usnic acid liposomes. The mini-gel column packed with Sephadex G-25 was used to separate liposomal usnic acid and the free drug, and HPLC was used to detect the content of usnic acid in liposomes. The encapsulation efficiency was then calculated. Results: Usnic acid liposomes were prepared with egg phosphatidylcholine(EPC)-cholesterol (70:30) as adjuvant. And the diameter of usnic acid liposomes were of ( 130 ± 20) nm. The encapsulation efficiency was found to be more than 90%. Conclusion: The steady liposomes could be prepared through the established method. The method for determination of encapsulation efficiency was reliable.
