摘要
目的:研究曲尼司特对变应性接触性皮炎的抑制作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:建立小鼠变应性接触性皮炎(allergic contact dermatitis,ACD)模型,体外法测定曲尼司特各剂量对小鼠脾细胞培养上清液中白介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的影响。结果:曲尼司特给药浓度大于等于30μg/mL各组可剂量依赖性抑制上清液中IL-2、IFN-γ水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:曲尼司特可能通过抑制IL-2、IFN-γ水平在变应性接触性皮炎治疗中发挥作用。
Aim: To investigate the mechanism of inhibition of tranilast on allergic contact dermatitis. Methods: The changes in levels of IL-2 and IFN-7 in the culture supernatant of spleen cell by giving different doses of tranilast at various times in vitro were observed in the murine model of allergic contact dermatitis. Results: The levels of IL-2 and IFN-7 were dose-dependently suppressed in groups of tranilast( ≥30 μg/mL), and the difference had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of tranilast in allergic contact dermatitis is possibly played by inhibiting the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ.
