摘要
文章结合我国生活垃圾的主要特点,分析了国内垃圾填埋气体产生的特点,对填埋气体利用的参数选择提出建议;回顾了我国垃圾填埋气利用项目和政策的发展历程,分析了国内垃圾填埋气体回收利用的实践和动态;结合清洁发展机制(CDM)的实施,分析了我国开展填埋气CDM项目存在的问题和障碍,并提出了相应建议。
In combination with the main characteristic of domestic refuse in our country, the article analyzes the characteristic of refuse landfill gas generation, makes recommendation on preferences of landfill gas utilization, recalls the development course of refuse landfill gas utilization project and policy, analyzes the problems and obstacles exited in the development of CDM project of landfill gas in integrating with the implementation of CDM and puts forward the relevant proposals.
