曲轴连杆颈圆度误差跟踪测量方法研究

摘要 对曲轴连杆颈非圆磨削过程中圆度误差的在线跟踪测量方法展开研究,推导了测量系统跟踪运动方程和满足均匀采样的约束条件。提出了运动状态下三点跟踪圆度误差分离方法将圆度误差和系统误差进行分离,开发了基于LabVIEW的在线测量系统,并通过试验验证了曲轴连杆颈圆度误差在线跟踪测量方法的正确性。 Researches are presented for the tracing measurement method of crankshaft roundness error during noncircular grinding process. This paper makes a detailed study on the tracing motion equations of the measurement system and also describes the constraint condition of uniform sampling. For improving the in-situ measurement precision, the three-sensor tracing roundness error separation principle is proposed under motion stage. The in-situ measurement system is developed based on the LabVIEW. The examination proves the validity of tracing measurement method of crankshaft roundness error during noncircular grinding process.
