摘要
针对某型平面磨床床身进行有限元分析,并对床身结构进行改进,然后在此基础上进行优化。优化后,结构固有频率及刚度变化不大,而床身质量却大大下降,取得明显效果。
Based on the analysis on a surface grinder bed, we alter the structure of the grinder bed and carry out some optimizations. After these, the structural natural frequency changes a little, but the grinder bed mass reduces greatly, thus the obvious result is achieved.
