摘要
设计并实施了以主轴速度、进给速度和切削深度为切削参数,表面粗糙度为测量指标的高速切削实验,并利用直观分析法、方差分析法研究了各切削参数对表面粗糙度的影响趋势,判断了各因素及各因素之间交互作用对指标的影响显著性,获得了最优切削参数组合。
High-speed milling experiments have been conducted, with spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut as the cutting parameters and with consideration of the surface roughness. By use of direct analyzing method and variance analysis, the influences of these parameters on the surface roughness have been researched, the significance of the affections of these parameters and correlation of them on the surface roughness have been evaluated, at last the optimal cutting parameters have been found.
