介绍了中凸变椭圆活塞型面的数控加工系统及常用的几种实现方式,并对几种方式进行了比较,阐明了该项技术的发展方向。还述及了该项技术的控制软件的设计、数控系统硬件的设计以及机械机构设计的各个方面。
The special CNC system for turning pistons with elliptical mid convex is introduced. And the several different mechanical constructions are introduced also. At the same time, compare the several mechanical constructions, as well as clarify the developing way for the future. In this paper, all of the design aspects of the special CNC system including the software, the hardware and the mechanical structure, etc. are introduced.
