摘要 DOE是以概率论与数理统计为理论基础、合理安排试验的一种方法论。它研究如何高效而经济地获取数据信息、科学地分析处理、得出正确的结论。硬态切削是本世纪最富有生气的切削技术之一,它可以部分地代替磨削的工作,而且在绝大多数场合都可以实施干式切削,如何成功实施硬态切削工艺已成为世界各国致力研究的重点课题。通过三个因子的一般全因子试验方案进行试验、对比分析得出的最佳切削参数和刀具,在生产实践中能够有效降低废品率,并且过程能力指数Cpk达到较好水平。现该工艺已经广泛应用于生产。 DOE is a methodology based on probability and statistic that arranges test reasonably. It researches on how to obtain information effectively and economically, analyze and disposal scientifically and get correct conclusion. Hard cutting is one of the most vigorous cutting technologies in this century. It can partially replace grinding and in most cases it can be operated under dry condition. So, how to successfully use hard cutting has become one of the most important subjects to be studied in the world. The best cutting parameters and tools have been gotten according to the experiment, contrast and analysis on the normal factorial plan of three cases. Thus the capability of process Cpk reaches better level and the reject rate is reduced in practice. The technique has been widely used in manufacture already.
