摘要 探究式教学就是要以人为本,以学生为主体,最大限度地把学生学习的积极性、主动性、创造性发挥出来,在创造中得到学习和发展。本文在以"健康第一"为指导思想的前提下,进行了探究式体育教学改革的实验研究。结果表明:探究式体育教学优于传统的体育教学,学生主动参与的积极性高,更好的实现了师生间的互动,实验班学生的身体素质和学习效率都得到明显提高,大大加速了运动技能形成的过程,有效地提高了教学质量。 Explorative teaching is human- oriented and students- driven. The students'enthusiasm, initiative and creativity are fully cultivated during this creative learning process. Guided by the idea of "health first", this paper has studied the explorative teaching in physical education reform. The result of this research shows that explorative teaching is prior to traditional physical education in that interaction between students and teacher is promoted through students" spurred enthusiasm and voluntary participation; the students" physical condition and the effectiveness of study is obviously improved; the process of sporting skills acquisition is strikingly speeded up; and the teaching quality is effectively upgraded.
