湖南农村劳动力素质问题思考

Thinking on the Quality of Rural Labor Force in Hunan Province

"三农"问题是中国社会经济发展的重要问题,劳动力素质问题是制约农村经济发展的"瓶颈",提高农民素质已成为当务之急。文章从农村劳动力素质现状以及妨碍湖南农村劳动力素质提高的主要因素等几个方面对新时期湖南农村劳动力素质问题进行了分析研究,并就如何提高我省农村劳动力素质提出了相关建议。

Issues concerning on agriculture, countryside and farmers is the core of chinese social economy development. The low quality of rural labors leds to the slow development of agricultural and rural economy. The key to this issue is how to raise the quality of labor in the countryside. On the basic of showing the present condition, analyzing the main hampered factor etc, the paper put forward the related suggestion on how to raise the quality of rural labor in Hunan province.
