氯沙坦联合黄芪注射液治疗肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭疗效观察

Efficacy of losartanK and compound injection Astragalus in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure

目的观察氯沙坦钾联合黄芪注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法将46例患者随机分为两组,每组23例。治疗组和对照组均予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用氯沙坦钾50mgqd口服和黄芪注射液20ml加入0.9%生理盐水250ml静脉点滴,每日1次。结果治疗组中有效21例,有效率91%。对照组有效15例,有效率65%,治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾联合黄芪注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭有确切疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of losartanK and compound injection Astragalus in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 46 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups, with 23 patients in each group. Both the treatment group and the control group accept normal comprehensive treatment. The treatment group was treated 50 mg oral losartanK and 20 ml Astragalus was dissolved in 250 ml 0.9% Nacl for intravenous drip, once a day. Results The result showed that the treatment group had achieved 91% effective rate（ n = 21 ） while in the control group it was 65% effective rate （ n = 15 ）. The treatment group had significandy higher effective rate in comparison with that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The study confirms the efficacy of losartanK and compound injection Astragalus in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.
