师资培养是高校人才开发的保障,师资培养模式的构建已成为当前高校发展中的关键。文章就这一问题提出了两种新型的培养模式——"拳头产品"型和弹性动态型模式,并就如何构建提出了自己的看法,指出两种模式的特点、基本内容以及构建方法,并阐述了构建的重要性及所能取得的效果。

Teachers training is the guarantee of tapping qualified personnel in universities. Building of the models of teachers training is the key to the development of colleges and universities. To counter this problem,the article advances two new models ＂the types of competitive products＂ and ＂elastic developments＂ ,and puts forward views on how to develop.
