摘要 目的:评价舒芬太尼靶控输注装置以体重修正V1的Gepts参数时系统的准确性。方法:12例异丙酚麻醉下行择期手术病人,靶控输注舒芬太尼给药,ELISA检测桡动脉血药浓度,比较血药浓度实测值与预测值。结果:177个血标本的偏离度为4.0%,准确度为22.3%,分散度为-4.4%/h,摆动度为20.4%。结论:舒芬太尼靶控输注装置采用体重修正的Gepts参数,系统的偏离度与分散度较小,能维持较稳定的血药浓度,适合国人应用。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the target-controlled sufentanil infusion system using weightadjusted pharmacokinetic parameter sets from Gepts. Methods Twelve ASA gradeⅠ or Ⅱ patients who were scheduled for elective surgery received target-controlled infusion of propofol and sufentanil for anesthesia. Arterial blood sufentanil concentration was measured by using enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA). The measured value of sufentanil concentration was then compared with its predicted value. Results The bias (median performance error MDPE) was 4.0%. The accuracy (median absolute performance error MDAPE) was 22.3%. The divergence (the percentage change of the absolute PE with time)was -4.4%/h. The wobble (the median absolute deviation of each PE from the MDPE) was 20.4%. Conclusion The target-controlled sufentanil infusion system using weight-adjusted pharmacokinetic parameter sets from Gepts can maintain a stable sufentanil blood concentration and is suitable for the clinical use in the Chinese.
