摘要
从项目总承包管理角度出发,就如何提高项目总承包管理水平,分析探讨了配套安置房项目开发建设过程中分包队伍选择、工期管理、设计管理、成本控制、工程质量、市政配套建设、项目管理创新等方面的管理问题。
This paper focuses on the problem of how to enhance the managing level of the general contractors and discusses the managing problems during the construction process, such as sub contractors' choosing, term management, design management, cost control, project quality, municipal supporting construction and project management innovation. Measures to improve the management are also brought forward on the base of the project management practice.
