This paper focuses on the problem of how to enhance the managing level of the general contractors and discusses the managing problems during the construction process, such as sub contractors＇ choosing, term management, design management, cost control, project quality, municipal supporting construction and project management innovation. Measures to improve the management are also brought forward on the base of the project management practice.
