摘要
以聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯、四氯化钛为无机前驱体,茜素为染料敏化剂,在强酸、室温条件下一步合成了茜素敏化钛硅介孔分子筛.通过FT-IR光谱,XRD,N_2吸附-脱附测量,UV—Vis光谱等测量分析,证明样品具有典型的介孔结构,适宜的孔径分布,较高的比表面积,其中的TiO_2为锐钛矿型晶相,以靛红溶液作为污染物进行光催化性能测试,结果表明,样品在可见光条件下具有很好的光催化性能。
The mesoporous alrzarin - sensitized titanium-silicate molecular sieves were synthesized by using surfactant poly( ethylene glycol)-block-poly( propylene glycol)-block-poly( ethylene glycol) as the template, ethyl silicate and TiCl4 as the inorganic precursors, and alizarin as the sensitizer, through a one-pot method at room temperature in a strong acidic medium. The samples were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, and N2 adsorption-desorption measurement, UV-Vis spectroscopy and TG-TA analysis. The results show that the as-synthesized samples have a typical mesoporous structure, a narrow pore size distribution, and high specific surface area, and TiO2 nanocrystals exist as anatase form in the samples. The samples showed excellent photocatalytic efficiency to photodegrade indigo carmine under visible light.
