摘要
将2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺与草酰氯酰化合成2,6-二氯苯甲酰异氰酸酯,再与3-氯-4-[1,1,2-三氟-2-(三氟甲氧基)乙氧基]苯胺加成得到杀虫剂双苯氟脲,总收率为79.5%,纯度98.0%。
2,6-Difluorobenzoyl isocyanate was synthesized from 2,6-difluorobenzamide and oxalyl dichloride by chlorination reaction,afterwards the addition reaction with 3-chloro-4-[1,1,2-trifluoro-2- （trifluoromethoxy）-ethoxy]aniline was conducted to synthesize insecticide Novaluron.The overall yield was 79.5%. The pure degree was 98.0%.
