摘要
研究了聚合物对轻集料混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,当EVA乳液掺量5% ̄15%时,轻集料水泥混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度有较大的提高,当掺量为10%时,抗压强度达到28.87MPa,比空白样提高了70.83%;当掺量为15%时,抗折强度达到6.33MPa,比空白样提高了79.32%。在轻集料水泥混凝土中掺入聚合物,大大提高了轻集料混凝土的折压比,脆性减小,改善了轻集料混凝土的韧性。聚合物轻集料水泥混凝土的抗渗性、抗冻性显著提高。
The effects of polymer on the performances of lightweight concrete were studied.The test results showed that, lightweight aggregate concrete had higher compressive strength and flexural strength when the EVA latex content was at the range from 5% to 15%.The compressive strength at the EVA latex content of 10% could reach 28.87MPa, which was 70.83% higher than that of blank specimen.The flexural strength at the EVA latex content of 15% could reach 6.33MPa, which was 79.32% higher than that of blank specimen.Owing to the incorporation of polymer in the lightweight aggregate concrete, the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength was highly improved, the brittleness was declined and the toughness was improved.The seepage-proof and the freezing resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete were remarkably increased when blending with polymer.
