摘要
在分析大型海工工程对混凝土耐久性设计要求的基础上,系统研究了不同浓度的硅烷对海工混凝土防腐蚀性能的影响,探讨了养护条件、酸碱环境等因素对硅烷浸渍混凝土的防腐蚀性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,海工混凝土的吸水率随着试验所用硅烷浓度的升高而降低,氯离子吸收量的降低值也均大于90%,渗透深度达到3mm左右。
On the basis of the study of many marine concrete, the effects of different concentration silanes on anticorrosion properties of marine concrete were studyed,and the effects of curing conditions and acid or alkaline environment on anti-corrosion properties of concrete immersed with silanes are discussed.The results indicate that, for high-performance marine concrete with different concertration silanes make water absorption of concrete decrease greatly, the absorption value of chloride ion was reduced by more than 90%, and the penetrat ion depth was about 3 mm, It indicates that marine concrete immersed with silanes exh- ibits excellent anti-corrosion property and durability.
