摘要
根据型钢堆垛的工作要求,提出了一种新型的滑槽式型钢堆垛机;针对它的关键机构——小车机构,基于ADAMS软件建立了刚柔结合的虚拟样机模型,为型钢堆垛机小车机构的动态设计提供了高效的设计方法。提出了影响小车机构定位精度和动态特性的结构参数,对机构运动控制参数和结构参数进行了动态设计和仿真,获得了满足优化目标的设计值。
A new type of stacker for steel bars is discovered according to a new stack process of the steel bars. A virtual prototype with rigid and flexible bodies based on ADAMS is constructed for automatic dynamic design of the vehicle mechanism because it is a key mechanism in the stacker. The system parameters directly affected the position and dynamic characteristics of the mechanism are synthesized and their optimal results are obtained by the dynamics simulation. Also a key parameter for controlling motion of the vehicle is analyzed and its available and practical value is found.
