摘要
对电渣炉熔速控制采用的传动系统的优缺点,熔速控制采用的几种方式和现有的控制方法进行了对比分析。分析表明,现有的控制方法虽然可以满足熔速控制的需要,但仍存在不足,对电渣重熔控制过程中存在的耦合问题还有待于进一步解决。
The transmission system of electmslag remeling rate controlling was analyzed. The fashion of melting control and control methods was discussed. The results show that although the existing control method can satisfy the demand of melting control, because of can＇t resolve the coupling problem during in control process. Its accuracy and effect still need to improve.
