全球化的今天,不同民族、不同国籍族群的相互交往是时代发展的必然结果。作为少数民族群体的一部分,少数民族学生顺利融入真正的多元文化社会是我们教育工作者的责任。作为教育工作者,在我们培养学生良好的学习习惯的同时,培养他们正确处理由文化差异而引起的矛盾的能力,以及培养他们积极健康的多元文化思维方式尤为重要。

Now is the era of globalization, different ethnic groups, and different nationality groups＇ interaction is the inevitable outcome of historical development. As part of minority groups, minority students smoothly into truly muhicultural society are the responsibility of our educators, it is very important to training of students in good study habits, while cultivating their correct handling cultural differences caused by the contradictions, and to foster their active and healthy muhicultural way of thinking is especially important.
