民族院校英语专业本科毕业论文存在的问题、原因及对策——以西藏民族学院为例

Exploration of the Common Problems and the Coping Strategies in English Majors' Graduate Thesesin Minorities Universities——A Case Study of Tibet Institute for Minorities

本科毕业论文是高等学校人才培养计划的重要组成部分,是本科教学过程中最后一个重要的教学实践环节,是学士学位授予的一个重要依据。本文以西藏民族学院为倒,从选题、语言表达、参考文献、文本规范等几个方面,分析了民族院校英语专业本科毕业论文工作存在的普遍性问题。在分析了导致民族院校英语专业本科毕业论文存在诸多问题的若干原因的基础上,指出提高认识、加强写作、实行学生"助研制"、强化课程改革、规范管理是民族院校提高英语专业本科毕业论文质量的重要途径和措施。

As the last key step in the college teaching and an important criterion in granting degrees the theses serves as a fundamental component in college teaching plan. This paper uses Tibet Institute for Minorities for a case study and analyzes the common problems in theses writing in minorities universities from the following respects： choosing a subject, the bibliography, the literal expression and the writing norms. Thus the paper proposes that following aspects should be enhanced in order to improve the comprehensive quality of the English majors＇ graduate theses： thesis awareness, syllabus reform, research assistance, writing workload and administration regulation.
