摘要
采用SEM、XRD、BET及发光光谱等手段研究了原料Al2O3形貌与高温固相反应合成的Ce0.67Tb0.33MgAl11O19(简称CMAT)绿色荧光粉粉体形貌与组成、结构及发光性质的关系。结果表明,Al2O3的形貌与CMAT荧光粉的形貌有一定的对应关系。不同形貌的CMAT的发光性能特别是初始光效和光衰有明显的差异。
Effect of Al2O3 morphology on the structure, morphology and luminescent property of Ce0.67 Tb0.33 MgAlllO19(denoted as CMAT) green emitting phosphor was studied by using SEM, XRD, BET and luminescence measurement. It was found that the morphology of Al2O3 had great influence on the morphology and luminescence of CMAT powder. The CMAT prepared from Al2O3 with larger and dense particle showed higher initial luminous flux and better stability compared to the one prepared from the Al2O3 with finer particles.
