摘要
以柠檬酸为配体,在微波辐射下用sol-gel法制得了CeO2纳米粉末,成胶时间从普通加热时的24h缩短为10min,经XRD、TEM表征,平均粒径为8nm。探讨了金属与配体的浓度、摩尔比、微波辐射功率对CeO2纳米粉末制备的影响。
CeO2 nanopowders were prepared by sol-gel method using citric acid as complex agent under mi-crowave irradiation. The influence of preparation conditions, such as molar ratio and concentration of reactants and microwave irradiation power, on the particle size has been studied in detail. The product was charactered by XRD and TEM. The results showed that CeO2 nanopowders in average size of 8 nm were obtained.
