摘要
对如何用碱性碳黑制备PU合成革用黑色浆(丙烯酸树脂体系)进行研究,分别评价几种分散剂的分散效果.实验结果表明,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯显示了良好的分散能力,尤其是与三乙醇胺合用之后,得到了碱性碳黑分散的最佳工艺条件:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯添加量30%(碳黑质量的百分数),三乙醇胺与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的质量比0.66,研磨时间40 min,色浆细度可以达到12μm.
The synthesis of basic carbon black paste (acrylic resin as carrier) for PU leather was studied. Several dispersant were investigated in carbon black dispersing. It was shown that, when using alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, better dispersion of carbon black could be achieved. Especially when using both alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and triaminoethyl alcohol, the optium condition of dispersion is as followes alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate: 30~ (carbon black mass), the mass ratio between alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and triaminoethyl alcohol; 0. 66, milling time:40 min, fineness of paste: 12 μm.
