摘要
传统的在线考试系统通常采用C/S或B/S网络架构来实现.C/S架构在广域网的部署显然存在问题,而B/S架构由于无法使用本地的集成开发环境和软件工具,因而对程序设计和多媒体设计等类型的考试系统无法适应.该文讨论的问题就是利用Web Services的思想来改进网络架构,通过SOAP协议将以XML表示的通信参数进行包装,然后借助于HTTP协议的承载,实现客户端与服务端之间的通信和数据交换,从而较好地改进上述两种传统架构的不足.
Traditional online-examination systems are commonly based on C/S or B/S architectures. It is obvious that there are deployment problems with C/Ss. And since we can not open the IDEs or Tool Kits with a browser, B/Ss are not able to perform the programming and multimedia design examinations. How to improve the communication with technologies of XML to exchange the information, SOAP to packet the data, and HTTP to carry the communications, is under discussion in this article.
