摘要
目的探讨甘露醇扩容治疗门静脉高压症术后顽固性腹水的方法。方法将38例门静脉高压症术后顽固性腹水病人随机分为两组，对照组采用利尿、护肝等综合治疗，治疗组每天加用20％甘露醇250ml静脉滴注，1-2h滴完，两组治疗时间均为10～14d。结果治疗组与对照组腹水消除总有效率分别为90％和66．6％（P〈0．05）。治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论甘露醇联合速尿协同治疗门静脉高压症术后顽固性腹水疗效显著，副作用少，有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate therapeutic method of postoperative intractable ascites in patients with portal hypertension （PHT）. Methods 38 cases of patients with PHT of postoperative intractable ascites were randomly divided into two groups. Control group were treated with liver-protective and diuretic therapy. Study group added with 20% mannitol intravenous drip every day. Therapeutic time was all 10--14 days in two groups. Results Effective rates of ascites elimination are 90% and 66.6% respectively in study group and control group （P〈0.05 ）. Clinical effectiveness in study group is better than that in control group. Conclusion Postoperative intractable ascites in patients with PHT treated by mannitol in combination with furosemide has better therapeutic effectiveness, less side-effect and its clinical applied value is worth spreading.
