摘要
良好的组织学习能力对于提升企业的竞争力至关重要。本文针对组织学习的影响因素,提出了系统的组织学习能力评价指标体系,应用层次分析法和模糊数学的相关知识,定性分析与定量研究相结合,进行组织学习能力的评价研究,建立了一种基于层次分析法的组织学习能力模糊综合评价模型,为企业提高组织学习能力提供了理论依据。
Effective organizational learning ability is very important for increasing competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, an appraisal index system for organizational learning ability is developed systematically which aimed at the affective factors of organizational learning. A fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is built by using Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy mathematics and qualitative and quantitative analyses which provide theoretical reference for improving organizational learning ability of enterprises.
