摘要
非正式组织是组织成员以感情为纽带自发形成的群体。针对我国企业员工流动频繁的现状,本文从正反两个方面对非正式组织对员工流动的影响进行了研究,并据此提出相应的管理策略,以帮助企业降低员工流失率。
Informal group, a voluntary group of employees, is combined with emotional band. Focusing on the frequency turnover of employees, the paper discusses the influence of informal group on the employee turnover from both sides of the coin. Hence, several management strategies are proposed to reduce the turnover rate .
