摘要
目的帮助离任护士长顺利度过由护士长到护士角色转变期,以积极的态度投入护士工作岗位。方法利用自尊量表和自制护士长角色转变认知问卷对28名离任护士长进行心理分析,并进行心理干预。结果 28名离任护士长顺利度过角色转变期,积极投入到新的工作岗位中。结论因势利导、因人而异地重新调整离任护士长的工作,在合理安排离任护士长人力资源过程中体现人性关爱,避免护理人力资源浪费的同时也体现了医院管理者与员工融洽的文化氛围,推动了和谐医院的建设和发展。
Objective To help the former head nurses to spend the role transition period smoothl) and work as a nurse actively. Methods The Self - Esteem Scale and a self- designed questionnaire about the attitude of role transition were used to investigate the former nurses' psychological status in a sample of 28 former head nurses. Then, psychological intervention was provided for them. Results All the 28 former head nurses spent the role transition period smoothly and worked actively on the new duties. Conclusions Humanistic care and psychological intervention was proved to be helpful for the role transition of former head nurses, which can avoid the waste of nursing human resources and promote the consonant development of hospital.
