北京市ICU专科护士临床实习需求调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the demands of clinical training among ICU special nurses

目的了解 ICU 专科护士临床实习的实际需求。方法采用问卷调查法对2006年10月至2007年1月参加北京市 ICU专科护士培训的143名护士进行了调查。结果 ICU 专科护士重视解决危重症患者的实际情况,但对科研设计、护理程序需求不足。结论根据 ICU 护士的特点,临床实习应注意调动实习护士的积极性,满足学习需求,对需求未满足的部分应强化指导,使其最终获益。

Objective To investigate the demands of clinical training among ICU special nurses. Method The 143 trainees from Bei- jing ICU Nurse Training Program from 2006 Oct to 2007 Jan were investigated with a questionnaire. Results ICU nurses put their emphasis on solving practical problems for patieuts with intensive care. They showed insufficient denlands to the knowledge of nursing research and nursing process. Conclusion Considering the features of ICU nurses, the clinical training should focus on motivating the positivity of the trainees and meeting their demands. Moreover, ulore direction should be given in the fields where they have insufficient demands so that they can obtain sufficient benefit from the clinical training.
