定置管理在临时病区物品管理中的应用

The application of set position management in material management in the temporary unit

目的探讨临时病区物品管理的有效方法。方法成立领导小组,制定规章制度进行临时病区现场、物品和人员评估,提出物品定置方案,设置信息媒介,设计并应用定置图。结果临时病区物品放置规范,提高了患者的满意度,降低了差错发生率,增加了护士的有效工作时间。结论定置管理是临时病区物品管理的有效方法。

Objective To explore the effictive methods of material management in the temporal unit. Methods A management group was set up to establish management regulations and rules, make assessment of the environment, materials and staff, set up the project for the positions of materials,identify the information medias and draw the pictures. Results As a result,the materials were put in reasonable positions,which increased patients＇ satisfaction, reduced nursing errors and improved nurses＇ working efficiency. Conclusion Set position nlanagement is proved to be an effective means to manage the materials in the temporary unit.
