硬膜外注药治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

Effect of epidural drug injection to treat cervical spondylopathy

目的观察硬膜外间隙注药治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法全组60例,在C_(6～7)或C_7～T_1间隙穿刺达硬膜外间隙后,缓慢注入复合药液,内含甲基泼尼松龙或得宝松、弥可保、维生素B_(12),与2%利多卡因加生理盐水共15～20 ml,半个月1次,2～3次为1疗程。结果治疗后随访1年至2年半,疗效在2个月时为:优36例,占60.0%;良20例,占33.3%;可3例,占5.O%;差1例,占1.7%。结论硬膜外间隙注药治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,远期效果好,且治疗过程患者痛苦小,经济实用。

Objective To explore the effect of epidural drug injection on treatment of cervical spondylopathy. Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylopathy were slowly injected 15-20 ml drugs, including methylprednisolone or diprospan, methycobal, vitamin B12, 2% lidocaine and normal saline, into the epidural space of C6-7 or C7-T1. The treatment was once half a month and continued 2-3 times. Results After two months, the therapeutic effect was excellent 36 cases （60.0%）, good 20 cases （33.3%）, poor 3 cases （5.0%）, and only one case （ 1.7% ） bad. Conclusion The treatment of cervical spondylopathy with drugs administration in cervical epidural space is positive and long-term effect, as well as less distress and economical.
