摘要
胶原因其优良的生物学性能而在医学领域得到了广泛的应用。但蛋白质易变性这一特点使其难以达到应用中所要求的一些参数,如热稳定性、机械强度等,很多应用场合需要对胶原进行交联改性处理。本文主要综述了近年来国内外对胶原进行物理和化学交联改性的最新研究技术进展,并对各种交联剂的作用效果作了综合评价。
Because of the predominate biological performance, collagen has been widely used in medical fields. However, the lower thermal stability and mechanical strength of collagen make it difficult to achieve some parameter demands which are required in appliance, the collagen needs to be cross- linked and modified before using. Recent results of the researches on physical and chemical crosslinking and modification of collagen were reviewed in this paper, and the effects of different chemical crosslinking reagents were also discussed.
