摘要
在管理工作中,科学有效的激励可调动人的积极性和创造性,对组织目标的实现和组织的发展具有重要意义。高等农业院校通过物质激励、评价激励等激励方式来调动科研人员积极性,但存在激励体系不完整、物质激励与精神激励失衡、惩处制度不完善等问题。在调查研究的基础上,提出完善高等农业院校现有科研制度的有效途径是建立科学灵活的激励制度,营造健康向上的激励氛围来保障制度的顺利实施。
The appropriate and effective encouragement,which can arouse researcher's enthusiasm and creativity during scientific research management,has played a significant role to achieve the research goals and push forward science development.Although some material and evaluation encouragement has established in agricultural university to motivate their research staff,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the incomplete incentive system,unbalanced material and spiritual encouragement,imperfect punishment regulations etc.Through investigation and research,the effective measures to perfect the present scientific research regulations were explored from how to set up the flexible and scientific encouragement rules,and how to create the positive and inspiring encouragement atmosphere.
