通过对近年来福建烟叶生产技术跟踪和质量分析,从物理特性、化学成分、香气物质和感官评吸等方面对福建烟叶质量现状进行了阐述,同时根据分析结果从烟叶生产的角度提出了一些意见和建议。

In the essay,through production technology track and quality analysis on flue-cured tobacco in Fujian province in recent years,from some aspects such as the physical property,the chemical composition,the aroma matters and the sensory commented etc,to elaborate the current quality situation of Fujian flue-cured tobacco,simultaneously according to analysis result some opinions and suggestions were put forward from the angle of flue-cured tobacco production.
